So far the best and fastest support, after having a problem with drop that was missing from the drop location the support acted fast and after providing pictures of the location and of the spot where it was suppose to be the support accepted the missing drop and provided information I got full refung and got to take another that i found right away. This just my review and I have long history with Alien, so if some newbie costumer in Alien is reading this and thinking they should make a fake non find claim, then forget it. Trust, honesty and good history with them is the key to resolve things in positive manner. Long story short. Never have I had a negative interaction with Alien. Bought 5g 🥥 from Pärnu and what I found was huge dissapointment. Also the operator refused to refund the money. On that day it was not snowing and you can clearly see that there is fresh snow allover the spot even in the hole where the drop was supposed to be. I’ve bought from the store before that small amounts and never had problem with finding the drop, even tho I cannot say the same about the quality of the product 6/10

Возможно банально, но у этого шопа лучший орех. Сухой и долбит как по старинке. Изначально поинтересовался у ОПа будет ли прикоп. (-13 градусов и снега по колено). Сказал чтобы не переживал. В касание забрал (кладмен молоток). Теперь только тут буду брать.
